Please fill out and submit our on-line RFP and we will check with the venue and provide availability information and a quotation.
Finding Partners
The TCVB team can also introduce you to the perfect partners for your event, including DMCs, PCOs and others.
Site Inspections
Planners seeking to hold events in Tokyo are welcome to request TCVB representatives to accompany them on detailed inspections of venues and accommodations.
Event Planning
Any large event will have a variety of supplementary programs and parties, including spouses’ programs, pre- and post-event tours, and other activities. TCVB is ready to help in arranging such events to ensure that all guests have the best possible stay in Tokyo.
